CONS

You need to apply what you learned – at the minimum, the program requires you to dedicate 45 minutes three times per week to practice what you see in the videos. If you do not do this, obviously the program is not a magic pill.

The initial pain is common – if you have never done yoga before, it is expected to feel pain after the first couple of sessions. This is because your body is not accustomed to stretching in the ways Yoga Burn videos will teach you. However, the body is quick to learn and this becomes a non-issue after about two weeks.

Will not yield results you expect if you already practice advanced yoga or strong yoga poses. It is, however, an excellent beginner yoga program for someone who has been inactive a large portion of their life or if you are now getting back into a workout program.

My Results From Using The Yoga Burn Program

I started with the plain "Yoga Burn" programme 1 year ago. Then I bought the Yoga Burn Monthly programme, then the Booty Challenge and recently the Total Body Challenge and can only say that Zoe is amongst the best yoga teachers I have experienced so far. Her explanations are very clear, she always provides possibilities to go to the next level of difficulty but with a lot of caution to avoid injuries or pain. She is encouraging and leads us through the different sessions doing herself all the exercises. Not only she is beautiful but she also appears as a real woman and not a top model whose curves would not be those of every woman and hence would appear as unreachable. I don't really do it to lose weight as I am thin but more to keep fit as I am 51 but I can promise my body IS definitely tighter and firmer and I feel wonderful.
